A country that works for all children and young people: An evidence-based plan to build the foundations of a new “Sure Start” in and around education settings

This new report published Friday May 10th, by Child of the North and Centre for Young Lives, sets out the case for a new updated model of Sure Start that puts schools and nurseries at its heart. It proposes a national network of ‘hubs’ in educational settings that can provide key services.
