Takes primary responsibility for development and implementation of strategy, the overall management and delivery of research of CHORAL, including overall management of risk. It reports to the Steering Group and is chaired by the CHORAL Director.
The Executive Committee is responsible for implementing the strategy and all day-to-day management and delivery of CHORAL work programmes across the research themes. The Executive Committee meets on a quarterly basis, providing support to the Leadership Team on all aspects of CHORAL work.
A strategic advisory group that advises the CHORAL Leadership Team and provides guidance on strategic direction and content of CHORAL priorities within both National and International context. Members comprise senior leaders from the University of Leeds, Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and Leeds City Council.
The External Strategic Advisory Board (ESAB) offer strategic advice and support to the CHORAL programme. As an externally facing group, the ESAB reviews and provides advice on the activities of CHORAL.
