Organisational Structure
Our organisational structure provides accountability, ensuring the programme delivers against an agreed strategy.
Core Leadership Team
The Core Leadership Team takes primary responsibility for development and implementation of strategy, the overall management and delivery of research of CHORAL, including overall management of risk. It reports to the Steering Group and is chaired by the CHORAL Director.
Extended Leadership Group
The Extended Leadership Group is responsible for implementing the strategy and all day-to-day management and delivery of CHORAL work programmes across the research themes. The Extended Leadership Group meets on a quarterly basis, providing support to the Leadership Team on all aspects of CHORAL work.
Steering Group
A strategic advisory group that advises the CHORAL Core Leadership Team and provides guidance on strategic direction and content of CHORAL priorities within both National and International context. Members comprise senior leaders from the University of Leeds, Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and Leeds City Council.
Fellows and Early Career Researchers
External Strategic Advisory Board
The External Strategic Advisory Board (ESAB) offer strategic advice and support to the CHORAL programme. As an externally facing group, the ESAB reviews and provides advice on the activities of CHORAL.
