Organisational Structure

Core Leadership Team

The Core Leadership Team takes primary responsibility for development and implementation of strategy, the overall management and delivery of research of CHORAL, including overall management of risk. It reports to the Steering Group and is chaired by the CHORAL Director.

Extended Leadership Group

The Extended Leadership Group is responsible for implementing the strategy and all day-to-day management and delivery of CHORAL work programmes across the research themes. The Extended Leadership Group meets on a quarterly basis, providing support to the Leadership Team on all aspects of CHORAL work.
